Last time

This content is 6 years old. Please, read this page keeping its age in mind. Thank you.

As you’ve probably noticed, we recently published some books about using your smartphone (or tablet come to that) as a camera.

They make using it to take the pictures easy and help you get better photos – there are some clever settings that get great results and they’re not hard to use, it’s just they’re a bit hidden away.

They also cover things like storing, backing up, editing or tweaking, printing and sharing the photos in all sorts of ways.

Well, this is the last time I’m planning to mention them in my emails, so if you’ve been sitting on the fence, now’s the time to decide. If you’re not sure and think they might be helpful to you, the information about the books and how to get your hands on your copies is here.

If you’re not sure, you can order them on free trial, so you only keep them if you’re happy with them once you get them. If not, send them back and owe nothing. (Though I don’t expect you’ll want to send them back once you’ve seen them.)

(Of course, if you’re reading this on Friday or Monday, then it’s a bank holiday – but you can still order your free trial copies through that link.)

I’ve already had people saying how useful they are!  Here’s the link again.

sorry Tim, I don’t need info’ on smart phones, I’m 85, have a cheap ‘old fashioned’ Nokia, ( pay as you go) to use as a phone if I need help when I’m out on my mobility scooter!

That’s fine – and I’d be the last person to try to say everyone should have every bit of the latest technology. It’s all about what works for you so if your Nokia does everything you want, that’s great!
